Progress Photos
Progress photos are stored ONLY on your device. They are never uploaded to our servers, never transmitted over the internet, and never accessible to StaQd or any third party.
Photos are saved to your app's local storage
Deleting the app removes all stored photos
We cannot recover photos — they exist only on your device
No photo data is included in server-side data exports
Health Data
We may access steps, heart rate, sleep duration, and weight from Apple Health or Google Health Connect — only with your explicit permission. This data personalizes workout intensity, recovery, and nutrition guidance.
Your health data is NEVER sold to third parties
Your health data is NEVER shared with advertisers
You can revoke access at any time in your device's Settings
We may write completed StaQd workouts back to Apple Health / Google Health Connect with your permission
AI Data Usage
Your data is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate coaching recommendations
Anthropic does not store or train on your data per their API terms
Conversations with Quinn can be deleted at any time
What We Don't Do
We do NOT sell your data to third parties
We do NOT share your data with advertisers
We do NOT use your data for ad targeting
We do NOT train AI models on your personal health data
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest and in transit. Our infrastructure is hosted in the United States. We use row-level security policies to ensure users can only access their own data.
Data Retention
Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Children's Privacy
StaQd is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Export your data at any time from your profile
Delete your account and all associated data
Opt out of notifications and marketing
Correct your profile information at any time
Revoke health data access at any time
California Residents (CCPA)
You have the right to know what data we collect, request deletion, and opt out of sales. We do NOT sell your personal information. To exercise your rights, email privacy@staqd.app.
International Users (GDPR)
If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have additional rights under GDPR including access, correction, deletion, portability, and the right to withdraw consent. Data is processed in the United States.
